Fire Guard: Giám Sát Hỏa Hoạn is a fire monitoring and alert support application designed to work with external Fire Guard IoT hardware. The Application helps users receive fire-related alerts, view alert locations on a map, manage family members or trusted contacts, receive push notifications, access fire safety guidance, and view advertisements that help support the continued availability of the Application.

We use Your Personal Data to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the Service and, where applicable, to display and measure advertisements. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

• Account means a unique account created for You to access Our Service or parts of Our Service.
• Advertising Partner means Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google that is used to display and measure advertisements within the Application.

• Application refers to Fire Guard: Giám Sát Hỏa Hoạn, the software program provided by the Company.
• Company referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement refers to Fire Guard: Giám Sát Hỏa Hoạn.
• Country refers to Vietnam.
• Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a cellphone, tablet, computer, or other electronic device.
• Fire Guard IoT Hardware refers to external hardware devices designed to monitor fire-related signals such as smoke, gas, fire indicators, device status, or other related sensor events.
• Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
• Service refers to the Application and related backend services used to provide the Application’s features.
• Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals used by the Company to facilitate the Service, provide the Service on behalf of the Company, perform services related to the Service, or assist the Company in operating and improving the Service.
